Never plateau. Level up.

Karga reads your recovery (a 10-second check-in) and decides how hard to push today, and when to add weight. You bring your own program.

Karga Today screen: a green 4.5 day with Coach Fierro and the Start my session button

How it works

  1. Karga check-in: sleep, energy, muscles and mood, pick 1 to 5

    10-second check-in

When you wake up: sleep, energy, soreness and mood. No typing, no friction.

  2. Karga daily plan: Torso A session on a green day, ready to start

    Your session, adjusted to today

Fresh day: go for the PR. Rough day: hold back and protect. You always see why.

  3. Set logging in Karga: bench press at 61.5 kg, set 2 of 4

Add weight exactly when it’s time

Double progression: once you own the rep range, Karga tells you the exact next jump.

FAQ

Does Karga build my workout for me?

No, on purpose. You bring your program (or your coach’s) and Karga makes it progress: it adjusts each day to your recovery and tells you when to add weight. You stay in control.

How is it different from other gym log apps?

Trackers record what you did. Karga decides with you what today should look like: it reads your recovery with a 10-second check-in and adjusts loads, sets and rest with transparent rules. No black-box AI.

Do I need internet at the gym?

No. Karga works 100% offline and your data lives on your phone. Your training is yours.

When does it launch, and where?

iOS (iPhone) first. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you about launch and early access.
