The most important part, first
Your data lives on your phone. Karga works 100% offline: we have no servers for your data, we do not ask for an account or email, and we do not send your information anywhere. If you delete the app, your data is deleted with it.
What data the app handles (and where)
- Daily check-in (sleep, energy, muscle soreness, mood; optional: hours of sleep, where and what kind of pain, diet phase): used to compute your readiness and adjust your session. Stored only on your device.
- Menstrual cycle phase (optional): context for your training. It is sensitive health data: 100% optional, never prescriptive, and it never leaves your phone.
- Workouts (exercises, sets, weights, reps, effort, timestamps): your history and automatic progression. Only on your device.
- Routines you create: planning your sessions. Only on your device.
What we do NOT do
- No accounts and no personal data collected in the app (name, email, phone).
- No trackers, no third-party analytics, no ads inside the app.
- We do not sell or share your training data: we have no way to, we never receive it.
- Notifications (check-in reminder, rest timer done) are local: they are scheduled and fired on your own phone.
Your rights and control
- View, export and delete: all your data is in the app; you can export it as a file from Settings and delete it by removing the app.
- Permissions: notifications are optional and controlled from iOS Settings.
This website and the waitlist
If you join the waitlist on kargaapp.com, we store your email, language, platform (iPhone or Android) and visit source to let you know about the launch and nothing else. We do not share or sell it, and you can ask us to delete it by writing to [email protected]. Site analytics use no cookies and do not identify people.
TestFlight beta
During the beta, Apple (not Karga) may collect usage and crash statistics under the TestFlight terms. Karga receives no personal data of yours through that channel.

Karga is not medical advice. For sharp, joint or persistent pain, see a specialist.
Changes to this policy
If Karga ever adds features that process data off your device (for example, sync), this policy will be updated BEFORE and the feature will be opt-in.
